Jamie Flynn is a seasoned leader with 17 years of experience in Corporate America, currently managing a high-performing team across multiple counties in Florida. With a Master’s in Business Administration, Jamie has built a reputation for driving results, fostering strong teams, and delivering on complex initiatives with efficiency and precision.
Recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 by the South Florida Business Journal, Jamie is also a proud Leadership Florida alum and a graduate of Hendry/Glades Leadership. Passionate about leadership, organizational excellence, and public speaking, Jamie thrives in dynamic environments where strategic vision and execution are key.
Beyond work, Jamie’s heart lies with horses, cattle, coffee, and faith—core values that shape a leadership style rooted in integrity, hard work, and a commitment to others.

Dani Rubio is a proud female veteran with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a deep commitment to serving her community. For the past 15 years, she has worked at Workforce Solutions Central Texas, helping low-income families access essential child care services.
With expertise in team building, organization, time management, and customer service, Dani excels at creating efficient systems that support both her team and the families they serve. Her dedication to making a difference is evident in her work, where she ensures that families receive the resources they need to thrive.
Outside of her professional life, Dani enjoys reading, shopping, and, most of all, supporting her daughter—whether cheering from the stands at softball games or encouraging her at powerlifting meets.
